General Manager | Founder

Khaled Al-Shalahy founded Al-Shalahy Chartered Accountants in 2016 with a clear vision to provide high-quality accounting and audit services tailored to SMEs, family businesses, and private companies across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His approach emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and long-term professional relationships.
Khaled is licensed by the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) to practice the audit and accounting profession in Saudi Arabia. He brings over 25 years of executive and financial experience gained through key roles at:
- Riyad Bank
- Saudi Industrial Development Fund
- KSB Capital Company
With his extensive expertise and strong connections within the business community, Khaled has played a pivotal role in establishing the firm as a trusted and prominent provider of professional accounting services in the Kingdom
Ibrahim Eliwa
CEO
Ibrahim brings over 20 years of professional experience in audit, financial advisory, and risk assessment. He spent 14 years as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young Saudi Arabia, followed by 4 years as an Executive Director at Alliance Chartered Accountants (ACA), before joining Al-Shalahy Chartered Accountants.
He is a member of the Society of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) in the State of Montana, USA, and a fellow member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants (ACA) in the United Kingdom. He is also a certified Oracle developer.
Ibrahim has extensive experience across multiple sectors, including:
- Financial institutions and banking
- Telecommunications and information technology
- Healthcare and military sectors
- Hospitality, retail, and construction
He specializes in due diligence reporting, evaluating internal control systems, and providing effective financial compliance solutions
Hussain Tajdar
Audit Director & Quality Control assurance | Chartered Accountant (FCA – ICAP)
Hussain Tajdar joined Al-Shalahy Chartered Accountants in 2021 after more than 30 years of service with Ernst & Young Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Associate Principal at EY, gaining extensive experience in auditing a wide range of clients across construction, contracting, defence, mutual funds, capital companies, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
He has been involved in numerous due diligence assignments and possesses deep expertise in assessing internal control systems, conducting analytical and field audits, and recommending effective solutions to enhance organizational compliance and governance.
Hussain is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He maintains strong professional ties within the accounting community in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and Pakistan.
Since joining Al-Shalahy Chartered Accountants, he has played a key role in strengthening audit quality, improving financial reporting accuracy, and supporting the firm’s executive leadership with his extensive experience
Ismail Abdelaziz
Executive & Administrative Director
Ismail Abdelaziz is a member of the Egyptian Society of Chartered Accountants and brings over 14 years of professional experience, including 10 years with Ernst & Young in Cairo. He is among the earliest members to join Al-Shalahy Chartered Accountants since its establishment, contributing significantly to building and developing the firm’s operational framework.
He has extensive experience serving major companies across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, technology, healthcare, hospitality, retail, construction, and contracting.
Ismail is recognized for his strong ability to manage operations, enhance work environments, and oversee the delivery of accurate and reliable professional services.

Mostafa Othman
Zakat, VAT & Tax Consultant
Mostafa Othman brings over 22 years of professional experience in taxation, having held several roles within the Egyptian Tax Authority, with a strong specialization in Value Added Tax (VAT). He joined Al-Shalahy Chartered Accountants as an indirect tax consultant, contributing his expertise to support businesses and ensure full tax compliance.
His core responsibilities include:
- Preparing VAT returns, zakat and tax declarations, and withholding tax filings
- Analyzing the impact of VAT on complex business transactions
- Handling Real Estate Transaction Tax (RETT) filings and providing professional guidance to ensure full regulatory compliance
- Providing practical support to companies in the retail, industrial, and service sectors
- Implementing newly introduced tax amendments and developing plans to ensure full compliance
Mostafa is recognized for his deep understanding of tax regulations and his ability to deliver practical, effective solutions that help organizations manage their tax obligations efficiently

- خبرة في حل القضايا المحاسبية والضريبية المعقدة، والمشاريع الخاصة والتقارير المالية الاستراتيجية، بالإضافة لتقييم الأنظمة الداخلية والامتثال التنظيمي.
- عضو في شبكة مهنية عالمية مقرها أستراليا، ويشارك في بناء المعرفة داخل الفريق عبر ورش عمل وتوجيه مستمر.
حسام السيسي
مستشار الزكاة والضرائب
عضو في جمعية المحاسبين القانونيين – مصر، ويتمتع بخبرة مهنية تمتد لأكثر من 15 عامًا، منها 10 سنوات في مصلحة الضرائب المصرية، بالإضافة إلى عمله كمستشار للزكاة والضرائب في مكتب الشلاحي منذ عام 2016.
خبرة في:
- معالجة الملفات الزكوية وفق أنظمة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك.
- حل النزاعات الضريبية.
- تقديم استشارات للشركات المحلية والأجنبية، سواء ذات المسؤولية المحدودة أو المساهمة العامة.
- التعامل مع التشريعات الزكوية والضريبية السعودية، ويُعتمد عليه في إعداد وتحليل الحالات المعقدة.
Abdelazim Saber
Audit Manager & Training Lead | CPA (USA) & IFRS Certified
Abdelazim has 10 years of financial experience in multinational organizations and serves as a certified instructor for several professional finance and accounting qualifications. He possesses extensive expertise in external audit, internal audit, governance, financial analysis, and developing internal control frameworks within organizations.
His professional background includes 10 years of combined experience with KPMG, Ernst & Young (EY), and Unilever. He has also completed the McKinsey Forward Program for professional development.
Abdelazim plays a key role in enhancing audit quality, developing team capabilities, and strengthening internal control and compliance frameworks within the organizations he supports
Irfan Qasim
Audit Manager
Irfan Qasim is a part-qualified CPA with over 9 years of professional experience in external audit, specializing in the service, trading, and construction sectors. He joined Khalid Al Shalahy Chartered Accountants in 2022 as an Audit Manager, where he leads audit engagements, manages client relationships, and ensures full compliance with SOCPA and international auditing standards.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Audit Supervisor at a leading audit firm, where he contributed to developing audit methodologies, gained extensive exposure to diverse business operations, and provided strategic insights based on financial analysis and audit findings.
He is dedicated to delivering high-quality audit services and fostering long-term client trust by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
